I offer confidential and effective counselling for all kinds of problems, such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, bereavement, anger management, weight issues, body image, and addiction.

I also help problems such as nerves, stopping smoking, passing tests and exams, speaking in public, and phobias with hypnotherapy.

This is my eighth year of being a therapist. I am based at Prospect House in Kettering and at my private office in Ringstead. I am a member of BACP and a qualified supervisor of other therapists.
